Former Employee Great sales training for retail mortgages. Company paid for SAFE training and licensing. If you have a support system, savings, and very little responsibility or commitments outside of work it could be a good fit. Inbound leads were terrible when I was there and their products cant compete with brokerages. High pressure and dishonest sales tactics and I did not see the clients best interests in mind of leadership. Arrived early and stayed late everyday - did 500 to 1000 outbound dials to get any business. Not the best at sales but not the worst either - all my loans closed and I was at the top of the charts for many KPI's. Would consider going back if the market shifted and I had a nice savings.
