Great company, it's been a long time since I worked there (formally Quicken Loans) Great training, culture and can make a lot of money if you can handle the work load.

My overall experience was not the best, very limited work life balance, the uncapped earning potential is there if you work 7 days a week and 10-12 hour days. If you are not pacing for work they mandate weekends until you hit pace. Great room for promotion within, targets and requirements are clear for promotion.
