Toxic culture. The sales leadership is not experienced enough. There is no clear direction, and most salespeople are demotivated.

If you are assigned to the right product, you will have a good fit, but you might get stuck focusing on a product that is dying out and had declining user base.

Reps are severely underpaid, multiple reps have been owed significant compensation $100-600k for deals won and they refused to pay or where capped. Resulting in lawsuits or the rep leaving. Leadership is absolutely terrible. Egotistical, don't truly care about the people or lead. Sent seize and desist to a company that was taking employees of Rocket's. Ended up...Read More
