Current Employee New AE's do get started on a 125K guarantee. Sounds nice but can be deceiving. 50k base and the rest paid out as commission. The pay can get rough especially if you are starting to build a territory from scratch. Commission isn't capped, but your quota is set on a quarterly basis. You make 10% on your gross margin up to 100% and that increases to 20% after 100% of quota attainment. But again that resets every quarter. I realized after my guarantee ended that I'd have to be at almost 200% of my annual goal to make 125k again. Leadership is great, just expect to work your ass off especially starting new. I do really like my direct manager. Things are also changing at an organization level. They stopped paying for my internet, because I live in a state where it's not required, for some reason or another. Gas card is gone, making expense reporting more difficult. Starting to nickel and dime everything throughout. Also being in sales we only have one engineer supporting 8 or nine reps, so a bit difficult to get him scheduled for travel unless it's a few months out. Hope this helps Browse Other Reviews
