The company is highly regional. Some regions are wonderful while others are not. They are currently getting ready to sell and making cuts to once great pay structure. Still plenty of opportunity to make money.

Positives: High earning potential, strong technical sales support, rewarding and ongoing relationships with customers, and strong investment back into the company primarily in people and services. Negatives: immature internal processes and fragmented workflows between departments can create a time suck for sales.

Company does not invest in anything to add value to its customers and heavily micro manages its employees. Learned nothing during my time here. Seems as though leadership is just waiting to go public.
