Great company to work for until our new CFO and auditors came in to cut half the workforce. Top, long time performers and managers are leaving the company due to commission caps. Attrition is high. Pro services delivery engineers are dropping like flies since they are overworked and underpaid. Client satisfaction is below average due to attrition and rising costs associated with Tarrifs.

SHI is a great company with competent upper management. The culture is really good from my perspective. Respectful working environment with good work-life balance. All around, great company!
