I was an Inside Account Executive on the SLED team. The training and exposures to different technology vendors and functions were really great. The base compensation is a joke. However, it's a good entry level job to get comfortable cold calling and learn how to build relationships. Overall, it's a good entry level job and a stepping stone. However, it would not be a good place to stay very long and become complacent. There is also little room for promotions and growth. The field AE roles also provide $0 base salary, which is unacceptable in this industry. It's not something I would have ever entertained.

Its Club, you better play the corporate game right away. They like people who value culture over pay. They set unattainable goals and keep people who they like whether they hit those goals or not.
