I'm no longer with the company, so I can't answer 1 or 2.

Culture. How would you describe it, and is it positive overall? The culture has suffered a lot in the last year. It used to be an inclusive environment that fostered feedback and access to management. Now most decisions are being made by JMI Equity and the C levels they are bringing in to right the ship. Pam Perry, Chief People Officer, and Ed Calnan, CRO, are making the majority of the decisions. This included wiping out most of the Enterprise SDR Team and clearing out members of the sales team who were performers and literally had their names picked out of a hat and their positions "eliminated". Be cautious of being oversold on an OTE for a sales role, their quota attainment is often based upon a "team" making their number which means a single high performer pulled most of the weight and the rest of the team rides in on their coattails. Hopefully it improves, but with folks still being let go and the conversations being had amongst them it doesn't appear to have happened yet. Good luck.
