Best part about the company is that the core product is strong, which drives a steady flow of revenue. However this is ultimately shrouded as it heavily suffers from a poor GTM strategy, internal politics, toxic leadership, manual sales processes, and punitive changes to the compensation. SOTI is a company to break into tech sales but don't expect to stay and grow for longer than 2 years unless you are part of the "favorites".

SOTI has a great product which can truly help organizations with managing their devices and lowering operational costs. However, the go-to-market strategy is horrendous.
