Great company to work at early in career. Lots of friendly faces, good experience, enablement and training is top notch. Comp for reps is below market value, they were once leaders in the marketplace with no real competition but the market has caught up to them and it seems they are struggling to maintain their lead. Plus supply chain is crazy uncertain right now.

My overall experience was pretty good. The pay is well below market value, but most people tend to hit targets and the culture is good so you ignore the pay for awhile. Great starting out point in your career because of the investment into your training and the need in the market will give you lots of opportunity to fail and grow.
