There is no clear career path or opportunities for development, leaving employees without direction. The product doesn't align with market needs, which affects our success. Additionally, the company is restructuring, doing layoffs which are not communicated transparently, creating an atmosphere of uncertainty. Overall, the lack of career growth, product fit issues, and poor transparency have made my experience deeply unsatisfactory.
