Massively unorganized revenue organization. Lack of collaboration across key functions in the business. Poor comp structure, product is outdated and wildly overpriced. Lack of transparency into the financial health of the business, yet senior leadership is constantly voicing concerns about churn and often resorting to massive discounts to keep customers around to appease the PE board. Unless you're desperate for a job, hold out for something more stable and with a better outlook.

Revenue org still lacks direction. Less than 30% of reps are hitting their numbers, leadership thinks “ripping dials” is going to fix our targeting/marketing issues. Our product is over-priced and service delivery can be hit or miss. Safeguard is PE owned so budgets are sparse and there’s minimal investment into R&D and revenue enablement.

There is no clear career path or opportunities for development, leaving employees without direction. The product doesn't align with market needs, which affects our success.
