Overall experience at Sage is positive but things have made a turn for the worse and I do not foresee them improving any time soon. Insane demands made by leadership. Marketing and SDR department have crashed and burned leaving reps to self-source most of their pipeline. Price increase after price increase and the market is not responding well. Leadership takes no responsibility.

The company is going severely downhill. Inept leadership and finance driven quotas are forcing a large number of people to leave

Overall experience was very positive. The product was good and management was reasonable in setting expectations. The only issue was bad communication on decisions with management. I would recommend to others to apply.
