Former Employee Ok experience overall. Has continued to go downhill due to executive level leadership both overseas and in N.A. A lot of dysfunction, poor communication, and constant change. The vision of seeing intacct as being closer to a mid market product than emerging/smb is a flawed pipe dream for now. Unrealistic expectations of what can be achieved in the current economic climate and some new lower cost competition. More good than bad overall. Amazing product and some amazing people. Return to office has led to some departures and is not benefitting Anyone in this role.
