I have been at this company for 2 and a half years, started off as an SDR Inbound, then transitioned into Outbound, then transitioned to BDR, and now up for promotion to AE. I have seen the total highs and total lows. Experienced all of the organizational/leadership changes and managed to adapt accordingly. 2025 was my best year to date, hit quota 5 months in a row. With all of the new strategies and strong support from my manager, enabled me to have the consistency that I needed to succeed in this role.

Just start here recently and I love this job a lot. Training is good and lengthy and pay structure is good for those wanting to put in the work.

Sage is a great company to work for. Since they merged Intacct, it has brought on a lot of red tape, but that comes with all large Publicly Traded Companies. However, they recently implemented a commission cap of 160%.
