Money is good but their onboarding team isn't proficient in outbound sales so that is a big disconnect. The sales org doesn't truly know how to tell reps to win consistently and will pip you after not hitting quota for 2 months.

it was meh company leadership in canada was trash, the leads dryed up and the people churned like crazy and the product was the only thing that was carrying the org
