There’s way too much organizational changes in the sales org. In 1 year, I’ve had 6 different managers different styles, moving into different teams. Lots of B/B testing and pilot programs which are not bad however it happens so frequently that I find myself working longer hours and not able to hit quota as much as I have anticipated. Great company overall but hard to keep moving in a hyper fast paced work environment

Great culture inside the sales org in the Intacct department. A lot of internal promoting. Fair compensation for most people.
