Former Employee2.1Jan 3, 2024Not a good experience, avoid if at all possible. Leadership is completely inept and product is subpar, and in an over-saturated market.

Former Employee2.1May 6, 2024SalesIntel's product is good, but in such a saturated market, few have heard of the company. Sales leadership lacks EQ and the culture fostered by these leaders is abysmal. Heavy micro management and "trusting the process" resulted in 0 reps hitting quota last year. It also takes months to get paid on closed/won deals. Stay Away.

Former Employee1.6Apr 26, 2024This org is churning AEs left and right. CRO has huge ego and isn’t grounded in reality. VP is micro-managing like their life depends on it. Their newest idea is revolving never ending PIP. No one came close to quota in 24, and 25 is starting off worse. If you take a job here don’t stop interviewing.
