Current Employee Being owned by a private equity firm can be tough and that is the case at Salesloft. Doing more with less is the name of the game, so in addition to closing deals, Enterprise sellers are responsible for 100% of their pipeline generation (no BDRs), customer success for most customers (CSM resources are minimal, so only large customers get them), and renewals (there is a small renewals team, but upsell/cross-sell is the fastest way to revenue, so AEs stay involved).
