Salesloft has incredible people in EMEA, some of the best sales reps in the industry. The big glaring issue is the lack of understanding by RevOps to set targets that make sense for the EMEA market. Very few reps hit their target, which is a shame, because the talent is there.

Salesloft continues to have strong product market fit, positioning, and branding. While the culture has shifted significantly over the years and competition has stiffened — there are still great opportunities to make money and find success here.

Overall Salesloft is a great product, but the handling of the restructuring and redundancies that were made of the entire SDR/BDR team was really poor. No communication leadership and a lack of information or reasoning behind it at all. Seems to be something that happens every Financial year.
