The big glaring issue is the lack of understanding by RevOps to set targets that make sense for the EMEA market. Very few reps hit their target, which is a shame, because the talent is there.

Former Employee3.4Dec 9, 2024Had a great time in Salesloft, but the more it grew the more "corporate" and soulless it became to work for. Great people, decent product but it went from being a tribe with a mission to a "corporation" within the span of a year.
