While my experience has been positive regarding culture and people I have worked with, the past few years have presented significant challenges for the sales team. We've encountered elevated churn rates and increasingly lengthy sales cycles, possibly influenced by economic conditions and intensified competition within the evolving retailer network. In response, the company implemented a second round of layoffs this year, along with strategic adjustments such as new pricing, repackaging, and team consolidation.
