My overall experience at salsify was great at the time. I think a lot of changes in leadership, culture, product, with average to below average comp plans ultimately led to me leaving. During its height of raising their series B we had an amazing product with even better people but unfortunately it did not remain that way.

For the most part I enjoyed my experience working at Salsify but no one is hitting quota outside of the few reps in EMEA. Great people, good culture, solid product but it is a challenging time on the GTM teams
