Company was too conservative and they would routinely do layoffs at the slightest downturn and then rehire a massive class again. It would take a couple months to ramp up and learn the industry. They would do this repeatedly the 2 years that I was there and I got caught in the final one right when Covid hit when they thought no one would be buying online. They tried to get me to come back. Finally fired the CEO/founder which should tell you something.

My experience has been great so far at Salsify. There has been an increase in competition in the market making it much harder to sell than years previous.
