My experience has been incredible at Samsara. The culture up and down is great. Base and OTE is average in the tech space, but the opportunity to exceed quota and hit accelerators allows you to make a lot more than OTE.

I'm fairly new but everything has exceeded my expectations so far. There's a lot of money to be made for the reps that pick up the phone and outbound. The product sells itself.
