Good company in the US. Worst company to work for in EMEA. Poor product market fit in Germany, France and NL/BE. Poor flexibility to win the market from sr. management. Nobody makes their quota unless on ramp, if at all. Middle management ignoring signals from the field while knowing we have a huge problem in EMEA. Biggest problem in mainland is product market fit. Middle management in EMEA are busy protecting their roles and window dressing about the actual status in EMEA.
