Former Employee Overall experience was incredibly good. For a mostly remote company, they make a huge effort to maintain a great company culture with consistent opportunities to meet abroad. The company is growing fast which means there is a great opportunity to grow from within.
The management is top notch too. The leaders in the team are very involved and certainly make you feel heard.
If you were to get a job here at Sastrify I would say you are very lucky and in a good position career-wise. I left for more personal reasons otherwise I would still be there.
