One can be successful selling here (significantly surpassing initially set quotas), but management will increase quota amounts or alter the Sales Incentive Payouts without notice. No employment contracts.

Great company that is very people focused. The company is going through a transition that leadership doesn’t really understand so the vision and guidance isn’t always clear.

It was rare to hit 100% quota due to high growth targets and constant shifting/creating of revenue quota buckets. Margin was not factored into quote though. Most reps were on a 60/150 curve meaning you get 0 payout unless you hit 60% of that quotas target. Most years there were 3 quota buckets.

My overall experience was great, and I learned a lot from this sales organization. I think there needs to be an emphasis on sales methodology, but overall the experience was helpful and has pushed me farther in sales.
