Former Employee It was rare to hit 100% quota due to high growth targets and constant shifting/creating of revenue quota buckets. Margin was not factored into quote though. Most reps were on a 60/150 curve meaning you get 0 payout unless you hit 60% of that quotas target. Most years there were 3 quota buckets. Browse Other Reviews
