The organization is experiencing pains and identity crisis as it became flat and put much more emphasis in product overhaul. Their partnerships and channels open doors but if you are not ready for agility then you would find Schoox to be a difficult place to work. On a positive note, opportunities are growing and the products are very high level for the industry.

It was good. Sales quotas were unrealistic for 2023. Unfortunately led to large portion of sales team being laid off
