Current Employee The company has a great product and environment for learning and growing. The base compensation was above average during a time when many in tech are experiencing layoffs. However, there is no variable for CSMs, only annual bonus. AEs aren’t as incentivized for renewals as new business, so then there seems to be a gap on who really is carrying the load and reaping the benefit of renewals. There are some major growing pains, so be ready to roll up your sleeves and work, but this also equals great opportunities if you enjoy change and making your own way.
