The only "strategy" employed by Seamless is volume. If you aren't making 350+ calls a day you are seen as a slacker who isn't hustling hard enough. Constant changes are made to how lead lists are given to reps, completely without warning, often frustrating or even baffling managers and SDRs alike. If a new change within the company does not work immediately, it is the fault of every single SDR, never management. Racism, homophobia, and sexism go unpunished within the organization by managers. Working here was a massive mistake, and I urge others not to follow in my path.

Seamless is a great company to work for, quota has been easy to hit because they have PMF and the product sells itself. We actually use it internally to close more deals which is pretty cool. Base + comp role + benefits + solid leadership. Would be nice to do a company trip somewhere warm once a quarter or yearly so we can mix it up/zoom, etc.
