My overall experience was subpar. Although I was able to hit quota, there were a vast majority of coworkers that would lose their job in under a month. The director level and VP level leaders are AWFUL, and treat everyone beneath them like a number. The managers however, are heaven sent. As long as you hit quota (not the easiest) and make around 600 dials a day, you should still have a job! Extremely high turnover rate, but you will learn sales QUICKLY.

Shady sales tactics in my experience. Price is extremely negotiable and leaves some customers paying 5x what others may be for the same service. Daily coaching calls is great for newbies trying to break into the industry and your calendar has 5+ meetings a day but the commission structure could use work and company culture reminds me more of a used car sales role...Read More

Seamless is a good company to work for. My leaders have been helpful when i truly needed it. but they let me struggle some so that I could figure out what I really needed to know. Most of my co-workers were pleasant but not as talkative as I would have liked. I would love to see more team building exercises and be able to get to know more of my co-workers.
