Former Employee You are dialing 700+ calls a day. You are incentivized to book meetings for AE’s and making sure they show up for the AE. Most of the time the meetings don’t turn into deals.
Conflict of interest amongst SDR’s and AE’s.

Training is incredible along with leadership.
Definitely a mentally challenging and mundane role.
