This company is for winners. You need to have a growth mindset to work here. If you are not promoted in the first 3-6 months you should look for a new job because they most likely will never give you a decent shot. You are dialing 700+ calls a day. You are incentivized to book meetings for AE’s and making sure they show up for the AE. Most of the time the meetings don’t turn into deals.
