Organization fires sales people with no notice even if they tell you during onboarding they will give you a warning if performance is lacking. The best leads go to the management team and long time AE's, new people get the scraps, 1-2 employee companies but have the same quota as AE's getting 1000 employee companies. Poor pay, poor benefits, no equity, no severance. Stay away.

Not a great company. Frat boy culture. Hires a ton of reps and whoever doesn’t survive that first quota ramp up is terminated. Micromanaging at its finest, while also not offering any valuable guidance at the same time. Base pay is below industry average as well.
