Increasing quotas, shrinking territories, shift to being based in your territory, and in-person field/office visits weekly. Not even an actual software company (yet) selling services to property managers (Brokers). Not a bad experience overall, would rate it a solid 6/10

Pretty bad and disorganized leadership who don't understand the product (even though its a simple product). The SDR leadership is terrible , everyone has a high quota held over their head with no one to support them. The leadership tries to help but seems to have never had to book a meeting in their life, which reflects why only 3 reps of a 12 person team are consistently hitting quota.
