Overall experience has been great. Securitas took a chance on me as I had little sales experience prior and no electronic security experience at all. I now hit quota every month (for the most part) and make a very good wage for my age. I also work from home as all the sales people do here which is a huge plus.

Leadership could not care less about their employees. Our annual merit increases are a joke. We worked remotely for 4 years and then management got their feelings hurt and retaliated by making us come to the office again 5 days a week.
