Former Employee During my time at Securitas, I experienced several challenges that affected both morale and productivity. There was a noticeable culture of favoritism, particularly toward management’s family members, which impacted fair treatment and opportunities for advancement. Work schedules were often changed without notice, and I occasionally had clients reassigned to others without explanation. Unfortunately, promotions sometimes seemed based on personal relationships rather than performance metrics, such as meeting sales targets. Additionally, the lack of formal training made it difficult to succeed in the role—resources provided were limited to ineffective video modules that didn’t offer practical guidance.
