Leadership could not care less about their employees. Our annual merit increases are a joke. We worked remotely for 4 years and then management got their feelings hurt and retaliated by making us come to the office again 5 days a week. But only certain people, the people they value they allow to work from home. And when I was offered a promotion to a different department the COO denied the pay they offered me for the new position and decreased it by $2/hr. I turned it down and continued looking for a different position. This is the most unbelievable, underhanded management I've ever worked for. Everyone is leaving. They can't keep any of their good employees.

They had a tough time keeping top sales reps because the base salary was significantly lower than the market rate. Lead flow was consistent. Local management was great, but corporate and operations were not. Operations was understaffed and implementation was constantly a headache and lacked effective communication.
