Poor overall experience. Middle management have little experience and suffers from drinking their own Kool-aid (endemic of vendors in this GTM space) - would rather appear to do the right thing rather than know how to do the right thing.

Seismic product is strong in the marketplace and company compensates sales team well. Often struggle with being a "nice to have" vs "need to have" software- depends on the company we are selling to. Higher premium price requires more value selling and a longer deal cycle. Inbound leads do not come to often for Enterprise reps but more on the SMB side.
