Great career growth. Sticky product. Current product development does not have a great fit outside of AI use cases, and company is on the down slope of its growth curve. Still room to make some $ though for those with the right territory.

Seismic product is strong in the marketplace and company compensates sales team well. Often struggle with being a "nice to have" vs "need to have" software- depends on the company we are selling to. Higher premium price requires more value selling and a longer deal cycle. Inbound leads do not come to often for Enterprise reps but more on the SMB side.
