A great product in a lot of ways but lacked the basics in others e.g. way behind market with DSR capabilities. Demand for Seismic has fallen off a cliff. In my time there. Marketing was non-existent (worst I’ve encountered), to the extent that seeing pigs fly would be more likely than receiving and inbound enterprise lead. Continuously in education phase with the market. Self-sourced deals would take 3 years Awareness to Close.

Seismic is a great place to work. Great culture, product and people. The Account Management role is new so comp structures could change for the better in coming years.

Overall I had a great experience. Towards the end I did start to feel like a cog in a wheel but made great relationships and learned a lot about selling.
