Very bad, micromanagement. Told it was Hybrid and its not really, no one is hitting target but few AE´s same target for everybody without taking in mind which product you are selling... Sensorfact looks good on the surface , nice colleagues and 9–5 hours, but the sales reality is brutal. In my product line, only ~9% of reps hit quota.
