Former Employee Sensorfact looks good on the surface , nice colleagues and 9–5 hours, but the sales reality is brutal. In my product line, only ~9% of reps hit quota. Pipelines are thin which makes you burn your few contacts, reps are pushed to close deals that aren’t ready. You are purely judged on numbers: closed revenue, meetings booked, or calls logged. If you don’t hit metrics, you’re under immediate pressure. Support is almost nonexistent: no strong marketing, no technical backup, no case studies to build trust. Career progression is tied only to quota, which most can’t hit. Commissions are quarterly, depend on client billing, and often never materialize. Turnover is extremely high, with most people lasting only months before being pushed out. On top of that, conditions constantly change: first remote was allowed, then not; first you only needed to close, then suddenly you must also book X meetings per month or be judged.
A place to learn what pressure feels like, but not where you build a long-term career. Browse Other Reviews
