Former Employee CS is disfuncional at S1.
Very siloed and political.
Leadership is snobbish and during events they don’t interact with their teams. They shut down and wait to be approached without and don’t move an inch.
There’s also a lot of inflated egos who are just using CS for the title and trampoline to something else at some point. No care for the people and CS. LOADS of layoffs under the radar.
