There's a lot of uncertainty when it comes to the product moving forward, especially in terms of the sales team. We've "restructured" our organization to account for changes in demand in each market, but the there are people leaving left and right because the overall vibe of the sales team is not ideal right now. That being said, I think the pre-sales and post-sales SE teams are solid teams and the people in both are great.

Great product, but leadership isn't a fan of sales...still treats the product completely like Self-Service. Need to create VP/C-level functions to drive sales from top instead of bottom only.
