Great Base Pay for an entry level SDR. Higher than most competing tech company’s. - SQOs are heavily influenced by AE running a demo and will do the most to discredit an opp if not meeting full ICP. Excellent product/market fit. Hardest part about selling is that our post sale customer success is widely known to be horrible. It’s a strenuous pace of work at ServiceTitan. Great group of people to work with for the most part.

Terrible place to work. It’s a revolving door as an SDR. You can’t prospect your own leads and are given leads that have been cycled thru the organization for years and they don’t fit ICP, and because of that you’re set up to fail. Most SDR’s don’t make it past the 6 month mark, they either get fired or quit when they finally see through the smoke. Don’t work here.
