Current Employee2.9Feb 22, 2025No one is hitting quota. Top performers are leaving the company in massive waves, they don’t promote anyone out of the SDR org unless you’ve been there minimum 2 years. You only hit quota if you’re lucky. No one is consistent with quota attainment.

Inbound seems to get a great amount of traction and theres definitely a good demand for the product because many reps are hitting quota. Leads given are terrible but it's okay because there is definitely a few diamonds in the rough. Culture is amazing aswell.
