Current Employee Base is average and ote similar to other companies. Good luck trying to hit quota. You will be given leads that have been called many times over the last 3-5 years. You’re probably 1 call away from being yelled at or told to put them on a do not call list. If they haven’t, they are either a duplicate or probably don’t qualify. You will have to do mini discovery calls to even get to a point of booking a demo, which has to run for at least an hour. Pushing demos scheduled even lower because they are too busy to spend an hour on this. If some way you miraculously find some people to attend, AEs find any little excuse to DQ your opp, so they can have good close rates. If you don’t perform for 2-3 months you’re booted. Massive hire and fire here and not for the faint of heart. You will not succeed if you only put in 8 hours a day. You will need 2 extra hours each day to maybe reach 75% or get extremely lucky with the leads they give you.
